Winter Supplies Drive
Early in the morning of December 10th, the Neighbor's Pub was vandalized and set on fire. A good neighbor happened to be walking by at the right time, stopped the fire, and may have saved the pub and all of the residents who reside in the apartments above. This community member is currently experiencing homelessness. In an effort to thank him for this selfless act, we’re collecting items for him and his cat.
WHAT TO DONATE
• new or gently used gloves, hats, coats, socks, + other winter items
• nonperishable canned goods
• cans of cat food
• hand sanitizer, baby wipes, toiletries
• gift cards to grocery stores, CVS, Trader Joe's, etc.

HOW TO DONATE
Please bring donations to the Neighbor’s Pub on
Friday, December 20th 4pm -11pm
Saturday, December 21st 12pm - 11pm
Sunday, December 22nd 12pm - 11pm
Please do not drop off items when the pub is closed.
All donated items will go directly to our kind community member. In the case of extra items, we'll let him decide what to do with the extras (ie. distribute it to others, have us donate it to an org, etc.)
This supplies drive is done with the consent of this community member. His name is currently anonymous as I did not get his consent to share it.

This year’s Holigay Market will be held at the Neighbor’s new permanent location in Downtown Santa Cruz! Food + beverages (of the alcoholic and nonalcoholic varieties) available for purchase.

Naughty or Nice Party
Make the yuletide GAY at the Neighbor's Naughty or Nice Holigay Costume Party this Saturday!
Come out as a sultry Santa, a fabulous Mrs. Claus, a naughty elf, a sweet lil reindeer, or whatever your heart desires to be for the evening! Holigay attire strongly encouraged.
For entry, we're asking guests to bring an item to donate towards the Winter Supplies Drive. Please bring a can of soup, a pair of new or gently used gloves, or another item on the wishlist.
This event is open to community members ages 18+. Must be 21+ for alcohol, obvs. Nonalcoholic beverages are also available for purchase.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony + Soft Opening Celebration
You are cordially invited to join us for our ribbon cutting ceremony + soft opening celebration!
The event will be held on Thursday, December 5th at 5pm. A happy hour reception will follow.
Guests ages 18+ are welcome to join. Must be 21+ for alcohol. Must have valid ID for entry.

Holding Back the Tide Film Screening
Join us at the Highlands House for a screening of the film on Thursday, April 11th. The director and crew will join us for a Q+A session after the movie.
Doors open at 6:45pm. The screening will start at 7pm.
Ages 18+ due to some sultry content.
Space is limited! Please RSVP. A donation of $10 is suggested, but not required. Your presence in our community is a gift!
Frighteningly fab Drag Show
Hella stoked to be part of another Glow Hard Full Moon Party by Collective!
We’re taking over the main stage with a Frighteningly Fab Drag Show starring Trashy, Gallo Gallina, Val Seline, Xinistra, and DMTina!
Glow Hard is filled with all sorts of tricks and treats with galactic grub by Pretty Good Advice, Upper Crust, Miss Lippes, and Santa Cruz Fungi, entertainment by The Monster Collective + Circus of the Moon. Visual art, a photobooth, and more!
Late Night Drag Show at the Glow Hard Full Moon Party
The Neighbor’s Pub is putting on a Late Night Drag Show at the Glow Hard or Go Home Full Moon Party hosted by Collective Santa Cruz!
Roller Disco
In a roller rink, far far away... ...there's a fundraiser to open an LGBTQ+ cafe + pub! Join us for an electrifying evening of roller skating, music and fun at the upcoming Intergalactic Roller Disco!
Comedy Night starring Poppy Champlin
Join us for the Neighbor's first ever comedy show starring Poppy Champlin!
A former regular to Santa Cruz and proud lesbian, Poppy is back once again! Her sold-out shows once graced the stages of the Rio and Kuumbwa. Now we welcome her into our humble abode a la Greater Purpose Brewing Company. You cannot miss this show!
Oracular Santa Cruz: Tarot-Inspired Paint + Sip
Pick a card, get inspired, and paint with your intuition at this freeform paint night raising funds for The Neighbor’s Pub. In collaboration with Hot Stuff Studios of Oakland.

Hella Queer Spring Fling Market
This fundraiser for the Neighbor’s Pub will feature more than 20 LGBTQ+ artists and vendors, loteria hosted by Pajaro Valley Pride, live music, a photobooth, food, drinks, giveaways, + more!
